I’m more so wondering if the Black Lion chests we open on the 22nd will have the new items and skins or if they will not appear in the chests until the 23rd.

“The Black Lion Chest is getting a spooky upgrade for Halloween. Between October 23 and November 5 each Black Lion Chest . . .” even though right above it says this portion says it begins on October 22.

Clarification would be lovely.

Why is that sad? At the moment the transfer rate is pretty good. You can trade a couple of gold (which can be made in less than two hours) for about 400 gems, which is enough for a pet pack, which nets several minis of various rarities.

i want to know if the keys will go on sale. they’re too expensive for merely “a chance” of dropping a skin.

I’ll tell you right now, no, there won’t be a key sale.

don’t be so sure, there are sales on the gem store already.

id like to know if the event is even viable without having a tonne of gold to waste on fluff

Actually, the gold to gem transfer rate right now is absolutely horrendous.

Does anyone know if existing chests that people have been hoarding have a chance to drop the new skins or is it only new chests that are found AFTER the event goes live on October 22nd.

I’m pretty sure all mini pets can be sold and bought using the TP. And there is no reason why the halloween stuff won’t be listed on the TP as well. I only hope that the stuff is reasonably priced and people don’t price gouge to take advantage of those who would rather spend coin than real money to get some of the stuff. After all we aren’t all level 80 with 100s of gold. Assuming that everything is not attainable in more than one way.

The transfer rate price has gone up like kitten and atm it’s very costly…. ok wth does “like kitten” mean? I’ve seen it in like 15 posts tonight on various threads and i’m perplexed.
