As I bought HoT when it released back year, I would like to upgrade to the deluxe version.
Once again however it looks like Anet only thinks about new customers as there is no 50% off on the Deluxe upgrade package in the gem store

The Gem Store and the sales site are entirely different, and promotions are offered at different times. The current promotion is for new players. Gem Store promotions appear on the loading screen and may also be viewed by clicking “O” in the game.
