Guild Wars 2

Is there a forum for posting things we noticed that might be of interest? If so where?
Do I just report 64-bit bugs using the in game bug tool or on forums?

64-bit issues & Pro’s I’ve noticed so far:

1. Party Chat some members where not receiving large blocks of chat
2. Events in Event Assistant are more informative and show a better sub event
3. Game runs smoother and less system intensive
4. Some events shown as completed though no achievement or rewards given (could be HoT bug?). Also no active npc’s or foes for that event.

This was all during Prisoners of the Dragon Story instance.
