Is there another way to earn hero points in the new expac besides grinding maguuma jungle?

You get 1 for every hero point (old skill points) in vanilla Tyria and 10 per magus falls hero point.
I’ve heard about a way you can get them through WvW too, but I don’t have any infos on this yet.
