Guild Wars 2

I just want to ask is the new expansion going to add levels im new to the game and wanting to learn more and more.

No its not going to add mastery tracks tho

This game will probably never add new levels. Guild Wars 1, its predecessor, has remained at 20 levels since it began about 10 years ago. The way they are going to have us progress our chars will be the Mastery Track system which will start with the expansion.
