Auric Weapons Salvage?

I have two sitting in my bank,I don’t really need them for any of my toons,it would be nice if I could just salvage them.
Any chance that this is a bug or oversight?

No, you aren’t able to salvage them since they came out. You can put them in the Mystic Toilet however to give you a chance for a precursor. That is what I did for mine.
