I got the glider today after pre-ordering the expansion and clicked on it. Where can I find it? Did I click it too soon? Will it show up when I download the beta or expansion?

It’s been unlocked for your account, once HoT goes live you should be able to access it. Besides, even if you could access it from the interface you can’t actually use it yet anyway.

Sorry you opened it to soon but on the bright side you can look forward to the next expansion that will include the glider you already purchased this expansion !

I put mine in the bank, I didn’t want to lose it since there is clearly no new UI associated with glider collections yet.

i used it to and it said unlocked skin but i cant find it in wardrobe or anywhere once the beta go live and i dont see the glider then ill send a ticket

It is NOT a back item skin. It is a glider skin, since gliders haven’t been added yet there is nothing to add the skin to.

I opened mine to and don’t see it I will wait for it to come out I sent a ticket got no response will wait and see If I have to ill send another ticket with both ticket numbers and see what happens / I believe it will just be there

It’s there in a part of your wardrobe that not visible to you yet, but you’ll be able to access this skin in a Heart of Thorns map when gliding is available.
