It makes me think that the reason ANet hasn’t spoke anything about greataxe is that there has been so many BL weapon skin released now, it’d be a pain to incorporate the greataxe into them all, same with the two legendary weapon sets. Which essentially means we’ll never get a new weapon type for sure.

I don’t see why they’d need to go back and include the weapon in old sets rather than just putting it in new sets.

I mean, it’d be nice if they did, but I hardly think its absolutely required.

An NPC wielding a weapon has little to do with players doing the same, regardless, though.
