I wanted to try out a set of runes that aren’t currently available in the beta test chest. You also can’t get to the Black Lion trading post.. With Beta characters. So is there a way I can get a set of runes not being normally supplied to the beta test characters since I didn’t already have it in my bank prior to bwe1?

No. On the plus side, the expansion comes out in a month.

If you delete all your beta characters I think it resets your bank so if you put the runes there beforehand you can use those.

It does not do that Kronos. A friend did that for his characters for the previous weekend and he still had his old bank. He deleted them a week beforehand.

On the positive side, the last word from Arena Net was “There will be no Wipe between BWE1 and BWE2”. They never said that there will be no wipe between BWE1 and Final BWE.
