I’ve watched a bit and she’s stuck in SW, not doing the new HoT zone events. So maybe it’s open for character creation and vanilla play but not yet in the actual test.

If my beta slot had shown up yet I’d check on that.

So i guess only humans are allowed?

Yeah, possibly they haven’t fully integrated the non-human voices so they don’t want us testing with other races.

Only humans are available. And I am not in Silverwastes anymore. Just have to go through the pact bull escort to move on.

I just got kicked and it said there are no beta events in progress.

It just kicked me out. BTW, i was supprised by the timing too, thought it wasn’t for another 2 hours or so.

I just got kicked out, too. lol I got to make my Rev, though, and fight at Amber Sandfall in an instance. Then the wall to the left of the fort opened up, but I got kicked before I could see much.

It was cool to make my char, though, and fight with the Rev for a few minutes.

Yup, hiccup in system. It’s ok. Only an hour and half left until the planned time anyhow :-)

Honestly, the Revenant skills look so much better than any other profession’s. I hope they remake the skills of other classes to match the awesomeness of the Revenant. Otherwise, I don’t see how anyone would be tempted to stay with their ex-class when the new one looks so much cooler.:P

Still pretty led up to where I got, but am really hoping getting past the part of story I was on and there will be more to learn and look at. And have time to actually stop long enough to look at skills, etc. The new trait system is there…. soooo….

Also, might actually recreate and see the trait system for what I main (Mesmer)

Bug Report: Radiant Retaliation didn’t work in the beta either.

I found reverant a bit hard for me to figure out atm, going to go to a norm and hope for the best, but also hope that i can be in the same place as my friend too, cause of it being instance made it hard

I only got to the personal story, and really, when you are given a mission on what to do…yeah…its not being led as being told where to rescue.

I mean, if in RL someone told you that the hostages were in these specific buildings, would you realy say “stop leading me, lemme run around and check everywhere! geesh!”

On a good note, my character talking, love it so far.

Those giant helicopter skulls are hilarious.

I got as far as inside the gates, but I felt the revenant was weak (inside SW) compared to the stress test. They must have nerfed it. It took way too long to kill a hyena.

Had new skills… What about weapon??
I have to check it out for sure. At least one round through.

I am going to enjoy my Revenant/s, but I still know I cannot disregard my Ivy… And really want to play with the Chronomancer.

Haven’t seen a new weapon on ranger, unfortunately. Hope they introduce it in 2-hours time.

That is more where I think I was headed with my question. Is the specialization there yet?
I really want to try Chronomancer!!

Staff main, axe other. Was the Reaper skillset.

It did throw me when I opened up the skills to maybe change them and then realised I didn’t have my specific armour on or weapons equiped. I found it didn’t matter, I felt ridiculously powerful in whatever specs were provided for the test.

Awesome. I will definitely have to pull mesmer on at least 1 round.

Utility skills was keep resetting it position in my revenant every time i switched stance. That was frustrating. Half of the new map is unlocked. Meanwhile SPOILER

Don’t know why anyone thought they new elite specializations or the new trait system would be available. It’s a stress test, that’s it. They didn’t say new elite specs would be available, and IIRC, they said they wouldn’t be but the Rev would be.

It also broke the character creation in general. Half the Human professions now have norn-sized legs (?!) and their heads break through the ceiling.

I kinda hope this also happens to the Revenants. Just for hilarity’s sake.

I was wondering why the characters in char creation are suddenly all so tall, especially the humans. lol

Seeing as the Beta Entry Button has disappeared now, do we have to log out and log in again? I’m a bit afraid to now.
