So glider skins show that I can get a Black Wing glider if I speak to a scout in Verdant while wearing it. But it’s not working when I skin my back piece to it and the original got through main when buying it is of course long gone. Is this an oversight or am I doing something wrong? Spoke to Ensign Wilton and random noname scouts in the town.

When you speak to the guy you should receive an item and you click that to unlock it.
what guy? no one gave me anything.
