Why isn’t this coat not sold on the merchant at Verdant Brink? Is doing events and PvP reward tracks the only way to get? I just want that coat skin.

The whole idea with the bladed set is that most of it is super easy to get, apart from the chestpiece. As far as I know, you need a map’s meta to get to T4 and you need a decently high participation percent to have a better chance of getting it. Pretty sure 200% is a definite chance.

Do events. A lot of them. It is a Participation percentage – best way to increase it is to participate.

While I don’t know if it’s actually required that Tier 4 be met at both day and night, the chest dropped for the whole map after my guild did this.

no you didn’t, tier 4 200% is guaranteed, your picture is of a tier3

I think you get this from T4 night. But in order to reach T4 night, you need T4 Day. A high tier day will give you much more progress during night.
We tried it yesterday:
1st try: T1 Day, T3 Night
2nd try: T4 Day, T4 Night (with about 6 min left after reaching T4)
Everyone received the coat box, they pretty much spammed it in map chat.
And you might need to be 200% yourself, not sure, just be on the safe side.

I got it on my first T4 map with 188% map participation, I joined a few HP Challenges at the end to up my % since I originally leached my way in!

You don’t need 20% participation. I got mine at 140%. I am guessing you need 100% at least, which is achievable pretty fast.

You can also get it from completing the map meta in Dragon’s Stand. I have gotten it 3 out of 4 times so far.

At 200% chance it seems guaranteed drop, below it isn’t, the lower you go the less chance it seems.
