I just found out by browsing the wikipedia. Have they been there since hot? and is it true, is it leveling gear(atleast that’s how i understood it)?

In theory it’s leveling gear. In practice, it’s so overpriced that you’d be better off buying new gear every few levels.

There’s no point to them.

The bloodbound weapons are being offered by the same vendors as those that are giving pieces for legendary armor, so you may want to funnel some weapons to them regardless
