I was wondering when I am using equipment with +x% boon duration or +x% might duration, will this also be applied to team members? Eg. When I have the empower skill as guardian and runes which give me +20% boon duration, will the duration also increase with 20% for my allies effected by empowered? And is this the same with +might or swiftness duration?

Boon duration is all Outgoing boons.

Boon Duration effects all boons that you apply. Doesn’t matter if you’re applying them to yourself or others, if the boon came from you in some way it’ll benefit from your boon duration modifiers.

And yes, that also applies to boon-specific boosts like %Might. Those are essentially Boon Duration modifiers but restricted to one boon, so they follow the same mechanics.
