Bought both guild expeditions on accident. Is there any way to be refunded for the one that we did not claim? Thank you!

You could try contacting the CS Team via the ‘Support’ link above/below.

If a refund is not possible, do be aware, should you ever wish to change Guild Halls to the other, the expedition will be paid for, in advance.

Actually, it is not already paid for in advance. I walked myself out to where I would claim the other one just to see if maybe I could cancel it there, and the guy said to go talk to the rep in lion’s arch if i was interested in claiming this guild hall. Evidently, it overrides if you pay for one, then the other? Unsure, but, is not paid for in advance either. =/

I also already have a support ticket open. In my experience they have not been that prone to help with user error, and that’s exactly what this is.

They are excellent with ‘user error’, kitten many threads in Account Support attest to.

Sorry to hear the other expedition wasn’t saved. First time anyone has ever posted about buying two expeditions at once.
