Bought GW2: HoT but it didn't update?

Hi guys! I just bought GW2: HOT but on my account, it shows that I still did not upgrade to GW2: HoT? Neither is my GW2 launcher showing i have HoT. I check the paypal transaction and it shows that $49.99 usd have been deducted. Sorry I’m a rather new player lost here.

Have you tried logging out completely, and then back in?

Click on ‘My Account’ (the upper right under you name here) and redeem the code you should have received.
