My friend just bought Heart of Thorns, but when he went to make a character the game said that he does not own HoT and the game is making him play FTP.
How does he fix this?
Worth to note that he does not have the full game installed yet. He clicked play when the game was playable. So that might be the problem?
How did he buy it? Through the GW2 store or from amazon or some other site?
