I have a personal guild , that currently has a guild stash. I completed research arch 3 — but to build my guild treasure trove ,, i need to build research arch ( 4 days ) and then the guild treasure trove takes 7 days.

I Only have 7 days left — so my question is — if i build the research arch ( 4 days ) and then build the treasure trove -- HOT will be released while i am building the trove — will it complete for me?

It was confimed that it will instacomplete all upgrades in the que at the time HoT launches, so yes it will.
