Guild Wars 2

I’m not sure if this has been asked before, the search function on this site is useless. No matter what I search it comes up with no results. Regardless, I’m curious as to whether or not Guild Halls can be changed (i.e. swap the GH from Lost Precipice to Gilded Hallow) and if we can, will we keep our upgrades? Thanks in advance.

I hope they do, because they are going to add more I assume. I guess we’d have to run the expedition again, but I assume the global upgrades would carry over, considering how you get them and that that’s how it worked for halls in Guild Wars (though many things and features did not carry over from GW1….) Idk about all the custom structures and such…just place them back into inventory/storage?). If we cannot change at all, I think that would suck.

Edit: Also regarding some of the equipment you can supposedly craft/gain recipes for, they are exclusive to each of the current halls I think?

They mentioned before that you can change and you keep your upgrades, guild level etc. But you do have to pay the 100g expedition cost every time you want to change

Yes you can change.
Yes you keep the upgrades you have already done.
No you will NOT have to pay the 100 gold again.
BUT you will have to do the fight again.

Yes you can change, your upgrades get saved, your decorations get stored to place in the new GH, and YES, you do have to pay the 100g every time you want to start an expedition to claim a GH

Not lost, but they get removed from map (for obvious reasons) and you would need to place them again.
