So I’ve bought HoT last week, and wanted to create a revenant beta character today in prep for the bwe. But the option is greyed out in the CC. And it says upgrade to HoT to unlock the revenant profession when i hover over it. Is this a bug? Or is it because I can only create in during the bwe event

You can only create BWE characters during the BWE.

Keep it there, a clone is made of all bank material. Can then be used by beta characters and won’t be lost/destroyed or otherwise removed from your non beta bank. Can sell everything in the beta characters banks and will show you how much junk you actually have

The point was to create a charac earlier so that I could do some stuff before beta starts across my characters- I would need the things I stuffed in the bank for that. But I’ll deal, there’s nothing else about it. Thanks thO!

I am a noob that bought GW2 two weeks ago and even me understood the revenant is only playable during BWE …
