Hello everyone,
just like what the title said, i bought the standard edition yesterday with the intention of upgrading it to deluxe using gems. After i purchased the standard edition, i logged out of game and then logged back in. I saw that the option to upgraded to deluxe is there, but when i tried to do it, it said that i already purchased the maximum number for this item. That got me confused since i know for a fact that i haven’t upgraded yet, and my gems is still there.
i had already contacted customer service, but i’m assuming that they’re having their hand full with refund and all, so just wanted to know if any of you had encountered this yet? And if so, do you think maybe we have to wait about 24 hours after purchased to be able to upgrade?

Be sure not to confuse the red/white upgrade icon (original game deluxe upgrade) with the green HoT upgrade icon.

HoT 2400 gems

I did like you, applied HoT (basic version, boxed) code to game, then bought the upgrade, straight after patch applied (patch is what added it to gemstore).

If it’s something else It’s probably a bug.

If they follow past history, we can’t upgrade till after release. So please hang in there till then.
