As an avid Thief and Ranger player can’t wait for more info on both

If they go in the order of the blurbs on https://www.guildwars2.com/en/the-game/professions/ then after the rumored break for non-spec news next week you should see Druid soon … but Thief not for quite a while. Thief is the next one I really care about myself, so I share your pain at the wait, assuming they do stick to the order seen on that page

I’m looking forward to Ele and Revenant.

I loved the Guardian so that was A+

I might care about Warrior, just depends.

Since they already revealed two lights and a heavy, I would imagine we might be getting a medium next week. Though, I kinda want engineer’s spec to be revealed next myself.

Personally, I can’t wait to not be seen as the Thief Elite spec.

I hope ele gets the Gandalf spec.

I want to hear about Tempests, Druids and whatever Thieves will be. I was kind of interested in the Guardian spec, but traps aren’t appealing to me in the least.

It was accidently revealed in the preview when they were showing the new trait lines and stuff. The ele’s new spec is called Tempest.

Technically, you’d be an Istari, not a Gandalf.

oho intersting. Also it does seem like each row of classes takes from the two below.
Mesmer takes from necro’s wells, guardian takes ranger traps, necro would take from warr (?), ranger would most likely take from elementalists (druids).

with that pattern pistol warr would make sense (something like soldier ?), and ele would take from thieves.

So basically thieves may take either from mesmer or guardian.
My bet is on mesmer (shadow clones ? xD ), leaving guardian properties for engineers.
