Celestial form

I wonder what your basis for comparison is…”

This form is awesome and I’d like to use not only for healings in PvE\PvP
If You leave this as this skill will be unusable while exploring\playing alone\etc
Is that really a bad thing?
They focused it on what’s special about it. If they up the damage it does, they’ll have to lower the healing/support it does to balance things out.
Some weapons, skills, traits, ect are useful only some of the time. This is group support stuff, it will never be as good as some of the other options when you’re on your own. They know that, and went with it.

Sooooo, what I want to know….
Since rangers are getting what is essentially a ‘death shroud’ set up, AND have utility skill access….
Could necros finally get access to THEIR utilities when they toggle into their shrouds? Please?

I didn’t see anything about a second health bar, though. I guess if Necros give that up, then the change would be fair.

It’s not really the same though as Druids don’t get a second health bar.

I’m not certain how that green bar worked precisely, I don’t recall them explaining it. Don’t know what it requires to charge it or how long you can stay in celestial form.

Rangers aren’t getting another hp bar so theres no reason to give necros utility skills in death shroud.
They said fighting and healing both pumped up your celestial power and you use F5 to toggle into the form. It wasn’t clear how quickly it depleted to toss you back to base form.

Yeah, we need more information. But I think they’d tell us if it was a second health bar. That’s… pretty important.

What about a class mechanic that only let you summon a killable AI to rez or stomp people? Will that be more usable when exploring/playing alone/etc?
that it makes every other class in the game boring to play.”

So the question is, can you keep it pumped up while you’re in the form (which it sort of looked like you could, to at least some extent, when they were casting skills)? It could end up on par with shroud, regardless of not having a second health bar. A second hp bar isn’t necessary when you can just out heal the incoming damage, but we’ll have to see how strong the heals are.
