im out and can not find any vendor who sells them. I’ve been to every WP in Tangled Depths. Does this guy come and go ? I can’t even open my home instance chak acid treasure node.

At the WP just inside TD from the road from Auric Basin is a vendor who sells them.

i found him. for anyone interested he’s at the beggining WP to Tangled Depths but down the path a ways [Thank you mtpelion]

There is also a vendor at Jaka Itzel and under Tarir.
