When HoT drops, I think all those fancy hairstyles and faces we drop gems on should be thrown into the normal character creation rotation, which is kind of bland in comparison. I do not mind the gem drops for additional styles, just hope they come up with new ones.

These nine or so for each race/sex should now be added to the standard.

And I think you’re wrong. We’ve already seen exactly how furious existing players get when new player’s get something and they don’t. You think telling the playerbase “New players will get access to all styles for free and old players can lump it” won’t be another meltdown?

I personally don’t care if they make the current ones standard to be honest but I definitely wouldn’t mind some new ones as well. As for existing players complain, honestly I couldn’t care less about that at all. I’ve spent gems to get makeover and hair kits quite a bit and honestly if they made them all standard hey, good for them not gonna hurt my feelings. People need to get over themselves and their little sense of self entitlement and enjoy the game. I mean really it’s like people act as if their capacity for fun and enjoyment revolves around what other people do or do not get, so what get over it. Besides even if they do complain (and I can guarantee you part of the people who would complain don’t even use the kits now) worst that will happen is a few threads pop up on the forums whining for about a week, people talk trash in pvp, and after about a week or so life goes back to normal and the complainers find something new to worry on about. I think it’s a cool idea so I’d love to see some ore styles

Yeah it would be safer to add all new hairstyles for everyone than to make presently exclusive hairstyles non-exclusive.

He said new characters, not new players. Any character any player creates would have access to them.
