So I came around to buy expansion, now on official site is 45€ but if you go to allkeyshop you can find key for 30€. Are those keys legit, anyone bought from there ?

There is a list of officially approved retailers selling HoT. Check that list. If your seller isn’t on it, you buy at your own risk.
