As far as I know, to mount the expedition you need 100 gold, 150 favor and 10 people with HoT. i’ve heard people claiming a guild hall with 9, but I’m guessing one dropped during the expedition and they still had 10 to initiate it.

Need a minimum of 5 people, the event scales so it isnt bad, in all actuality less people=easier capture
