With the removal of condition caps, will condition builds be the new meta, sure berserker will still be viable but I was just curious haha

I think they are just adding value to the resistance boon

Depends a lot.
The thing with conditions is that they have a nice sustained damage, power builds have good burst damage, and in many aspects of the game things die so fast that there is no time for a cond build to build their damage.

I don’t think that conditions will be meta, but they will be a viable option in open world for sure.
