Hello,
Many weeks back, I got the Portal to the Heart of Maguuma and assumed that the beta would be happening much later. Logging in today (apparently at the right hour), I saw the character square marked for Beta and decided to start exploring in the beta. However, the Revenant class is greyed out for me and unable to be selected. I was wondering if there is a specific criteria that has to happen before I can make one (ie. Specific time or whatever). Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

as far as i know, the beta is over. so i wouldn’t think that you’d still have access to it.

You can only create a beta character during a beta event. The latest one has been over for more than a week.

You may, or may not, be able to use that beta character slot in an upcoming beta event.

The beta create character slot can only be filled with a character created for beta. It has a separate ‘create’ button down in the bottom right corner. You’ll see both ‘CREATE’ and ‘CREATE BETA’ when a beta is live.

It’s kind of confusing, you can highlight the beta character slot and click on ‘Create’ thinking you’re creating a BETA character, but in fact it will then create a normal character in the live game for you…
