make a tab for each one and label accordingly?
i know, but that defend the purpose of cross guild chat if we have to switch to read the chat… i could just change rep to do that now, but the point of cross chat should be to allow for coordination and communication in more than 1 guild.

Pretty sure it uses your guild tag to show which chat the message is from.

more than likely it’ll be tagged in some way if you have it all in one window. could be as simple as the g1, g2, etc that shows up in the guild panel
ESO has this and it’s great. No confusion.
Beorn, that indeed that is what i seek, i do hope the “(((G3)))” is clear up abit, it kinda look beta-ish atm.
G3>[Wing]
would look cleaner.

At ANet anything within double parenthesys is a testing string. Most likely final version will just say G3 instead of ((G3))
I’d image that the final system will say the guild tag rather than G3
You’d only really have confusion if you were in two guilds with the same tag which… I mean that doesn’t sound like a huge problem.

In the picture it shows both G3 and the guild tag. I imagine this is to avoid such confusions as to when two guilds have the same tag.

it’ll also make it easy for you to remember which guild you set up as which so that you dont reply to the wrong guild
It’d be nice if they’d make a feature that lets you set personal chat colors for chat channels. Not only would this allow players to color-code their guilds to aid in keeping them strait, but it would also aid color blind players in all areas (for instance I’d imagine distinguishing between map and party chat would be a problem for people that are red/blue color blind).
