Crusader's Pack collection bugged?
Nevermind. The Collection description needs to change. Agent’s pack is for people in the Order of Whispers. The Crusader’s pack is for Vigil. So, I assume, you have to do the story on a character that is in the Vigil.
That is something that should be added to the description of the collection. Anet, please take note…ha..hahaha…sorry. Well, maybe…this has nothing to do with WvW…maybe they will notice this post
Might be worth noting for anyone contemplating the order backpack collections. None of their ascended versions can currently be infused, compared to most other ascended backpacks.
If you want to have an infuseable backpack, do -NOT- waste time and gold with these collections!
Which is kinda ironic, as you get a free Gift of Ascension from completing all 3 ascended order backpacks. Which you cannot use on them.

Nope, you just need to select the earlier version (Rectuit’s Pack) as a reward when it is offered in the story. It seems you have selected the Whispers’ version (Initiate’s Pack) instead?
Remember, remember, 15th of November

Ah. That must be it. I really thought it was Order related. Thanks. Again, would have been nice to see that in the descriptions for the Ascended collections.
Something like: To unlock this, you must have completed the story step Prisoners of the Dragon and have selected the Recruit’s Pack.
Correct. There’s a hidden flag on your character(s) that’s set the moment you pick which Rare Order backpack you receive from Prisoners of the Dragon. Henceforth, that particular character can only make progress and acquire items for the backpacks linked to that Order. (So, for example, if your character finished PotD and selected the Rare Vigil pack, that character will unlock progress towards the Exotic Vigil pack. He cannot be used to progress the Exotic Priory or Whispers pack.)
