Just as the topic says do I need to be max level to experience the content coming with HoT? Thanks in advance!

Yes well map rewards will be in lower level maps but the story and new maps and possibly the challenging content will be level 80.

Yes. Specialization, Mastery, Legendary quest, new maps, storyline, Fractals, etc. The vast majority of new content will be for level 80. Lower level stuff will probably have some new stuff, but nothing really big.

I guess Adventures will be accessible for low levels. PvP and WvW will also be accessible to low levels, but that’s pretty much it.
