Does unlocked fractal encryptions mean that we don’t need the keys anymore? If so, it doesn’t seem to work for me.

It gives you bonus +1 infusions from encryptions, not free keys. And yes, it works.

Description says: “Greater attunement with the fractals will grant bonus rewards from Chests of the Mists as well as Unlocked Fractal Encryptions. Fractal potion conversion also improves.”

So what does it mean by “Unlocked Fractal Encryptions”?

Bonus loot from unlocked fractal encryptions, not bonus unlocked fractal encryptions
