LOTS of players already left the game for that

NOW selling HOT for 50 USD. an expansion for 1 class extra. 1 new weapon for each class. 5 new weapon skill 5 new other skill. 1-2 map extra etc an NO extra slot…

Look at all those complaints…!!!

of course can afford $50 but this price is not worth for an expansion.

i’ll wait until they sell HoT separately, no bundling, at lower price….

when did they ever say there would only be 1-2 new maps to enter? You have all of Maguuma Wastes and maguma Falls to fill. that’s more than 1 area. i would say a good 80% of that land will be used.

Plus they can extend the map out more like they did with the Expansion Eye of the north. that was a $39.99 expansion back in 2007 that “required” you to have one of the Full versions of Guild wars.(Factions, nightfall) If HoT didn’t come with the main game, it won’t work. it’s not a stand alone game.

ok i gave you 10 map to enter. still wont change anything. no new race. 1 extra class. 1 new extra weapon and 10 skill extra that is for sure.

i already got the base gw2. what i need to new code for? doesnt make any differnet to me.

same. i will wait till sale price or.. i will change to BLADE AND SOUL and the end of this year

It’s bundled for the new players. Would i rather have it bundled with 1 character slot for $49.99? Yup. I’ll just delete a copy of a class i have to many of.

Look at the bundle this way, the past 2 sales they had the Core game was only $9.99. Maybe HoT only costs $39.99 but with the core game always on sale for new people. The price isn’t going to stay $49.99 forever, and i’m sure they will put HoT in the gem store eventually with the core game Not included.

is it so hard to add just another pre-purchase option that offer “xpac only edition” at a lower price , for the existing players ?

i dont understand y they set up the expansion like that…this kind of system never heard of it
all expansion should ALWAYS require original game installed.
