Why are there even Way Points in Dragon’s stand since most of them are endlessly contested?
Play the meta and you’ll understand why.
She’s right. They’re not contested during the meta. As the lanes progress they unlock and remain open for the duration of the map, being very useful for regrouping for Pact escorts after mini events and for running back in when trailing zerg bits succumb to mordrem in the Blighting Towers. And once the Mouth is dead those wp’s are all open for hopping all over the map gathering pods and treasure mushrooms.
Nicely, you don’t even have to run to them in the first place to discover them. They’re auto-discovered on map entry so even in your very first meta you can zip all over after the Mouth is finished. Very helpful for map completion on alts.
