Hi. So… While farming stuff for my ascended Scrapper hammer, I went to Dragon’s Stand. But, everytime I enter that map, it’s just… almost empty. Three Pact captains waiting for people, but there’s never enough people. And, if there’s people on the map, they’r usually clumped near the initial waypoint.

So, usually, I logoff then login again 2h later, only to find another empty map.

Is there any trick to enter a populated map? Shouldn’t Anet do something about this? Because it’s kinda sad to go to a map and see that it’s empty. It’s even worse since the entire map is dedicated to a single meta-event, making it almost useless.

Use LFG.

No, I’m incredibly serious.

There are 3 ways, all of which you are probably aware;

- Join a guild specialising in running these maps. You will never have a problem again
- Join the map during peak. This map will never garner enough ppl at off peak play times
- Use lfg to find maps to taxi into
- Take the lead to drum up support using tags if you have them and a starting group of ppl. Once more and more ppl see tags they will start to gather momentum round them and the map has a chance of filling

Randulf: Which hours are peak hours? Reset time maybe?

If you are EU its evening usually I find between 6pm and 10pm

I suck at time zones, but the reset happens at 9pm where I live :X

You should have a better idea of peak in NA than I do, but either way it tends to be evenings when ppl aren’t working and kids arent at school.
