This seems to be a problem that causes a lot of frustration from players, especially when it happens during the looting phase. You will be completely denied a chance to join back with ‘network connection error’.
I hope someone from Anet is aware of this problem. This really should be high on your priority fix list since people can’t enjoy that last epic fight anymore. All we are doing is to pray that there will not be a game client crash.
Happened to me couple times. In dragon stand and Auric Basin. Really annoying when you got no loot after long struggling. Waste of time. I was really surprised when this same crashing matter occurs in Triple Trouble event today.
