Is there going to be a random drawing for players that did not get a orb. Or do we have to wait until the tickled finger of fate points at us in a new drawing in the near future?

They said that folks without portals could still get email invites via the newsletter. Though if you haven’t got it yet, I wouldn’t expect you’ll suddenly get it in the next few minutes.
Heck, there are a bunch of us who did get portals that don’t have access. It just didn’t activate for us.
