Achieved staff kills while on my ranger doing a pve quest that had me transformed as a snow leopard. Thoughts?

Could be a bug. Or it could be that the staff on the druid will allow him to transform into animals when HoT comes out. We’ll see.
The super golem-suit in one of the Orr personal story paths provides you with hammer kills, weapon masteries from transformations are not a new anomaly. (And that’s with a giant laser)

Warrior Giant Lazer confirmed.

Nope. Since we know engineers are getting hammers and rangers are getting staves, that means thieves are getting the Giant Laser Cannons!

There is another thread on this same topic. Frankly when I think Druid, I think the Shapeshifting Druid from D&D.
Wishful thinking on my part is that in the video shown, we didn’t see a Druid and his pet. We saw two Druids, one in human form wielding the staff, and the other in wolf form. Neither had a pet because the pet mechanic is removed when specializing in Druid.
It’s a far shot, but perhaps Anet was being sneaky

Where the other thread? Some reason my comment was deleted. Can’t remember what I said here.
