Grandmaster trait “Quick Draw” with “Rune of the warrior”
i was planning to go with this for a two staffs build but im it seems that the quickdraw trait is on a 9 second cooldown.
would be great if it was a 6.

Celestial form 3 skill known as “Lunar impact” with “Rune of the Mesmer” and Master trait “Moment of Clarity”.
This would result into an 8 second daze on a 5 second cooldown.
I don’t think this is game breaking but to me it seems a bit too powerfull for pvp.

No point taking rune of the mesmer. The duration inrease is capped at 100%, so MoC is enough. The rune set can’t raise it further.

Also, why would Quick Draw be better at 6s? Why not 8? It’s the same thing, since the rune reduces it to 8s. Tail Wind and Furious Grip are 9s ICD, but Primal Echoes is 8s. They should all be 8s.

Have you notice why all the weapon swapping sigils are on 9 seconds instead of 10?
i don’t have any proof on this but i assume that if i where to constantly weapon swap.
that they wont activate due a mere millisecond difference.
maybe its the same for traits so in order to remedy that they have to be 1 second shorter CD .

that would make a 7 second CD optimal but a 6 second second give more breathing room in my opinion. (Celestial form and Skill rotation related long story)
