So with the release of information for the tempest the first minor trait the tempest gets unlocks Overload allowing you to overload your attunements. The minor is called singularity.

If you look at the minor for Reaper it unlocks reaper shroud but also unlocks greatsword and shouts.

So my question is. Is singularitys tool tip wrong and warhorn and shouts are locked behind the trait OR is this a new direction with Elite specs where we can unlock the weapon and utilities with out having to spec the trait line? (I know we still need to unlock the line with hero points)

My understanding of the elite specs and new weapon usage is this:

lets say you are {insert Profession name} that has unlocked all traits to be a {insert relevant elite trait line}, the very first minor trait allows the {insert Profession name} to equip the new weapon and access to main spec gameplay.

As for the utility skills I THINK they are separate so technically you could be a greatsword guardian with “dragon hunter” utility skills or a pistol/shield engineer with the flying drones. (I could be completely wrong on this though it would be cool if im right).
