Elite specialization unlock question
Since you need hero points to unlock them and since the core specializations are character-based unlocks I’m assuming it will be character-based.

If I were to unlock one of my character’s elite spec would that be an account wide unlock like masteries or am I going to have to get enough hero points on each of my characters to unlock each of their elite specs?
