I’ve finished training in Druid 100% but can’t equip the Druid Staff. Is there something else that needs to be done to be able to equip it?

You need to set the druid elite line in your 3rd specialization slot.

Thank you! Can’t say I’ve ever noticed that section, but have forgotten a lot in the 2 years away.

You wouldn’t have noticed it two years ago, it’s new to HoT They’re making it so they can add Elite lines in the future but you can only use one at a time, because an Elite line must go in the third slot, the one with a gold border.

The design is that you can swap in and out of the Elite as simply as making it active in that trait section or swapping to a core trait line. You can only use the Elite-specific weapon while it’s active. But at least they’ve made it so it doesn’t toss the weapon into your bags any more, you just don’t get any weapon skills until you equip something usable.
