hi ..
after completing fight for Tarir inside u get that pesky Vendor now issue is that some of things i cant buy .. if i hoover mouse above it it says i need mastery Exalted Acceptance ..

but i did all lvling im 161 mastery .. wtf is happening

Same issue, but with Nuhoch Vendors, /sad face. Posted in the Bug forums.

It’s not so much a bug as shoddy programming

These items are usually tied to a collection – if you have not yet unlocked said collection you will get this message, even if you have the “official” requirement fulfilled. It should read “Requires collection xyz AND mastery type a level b”. Well – it might be a tad long for a hovertext so they shortened it ….
