Love most of the new content, music, and even the mastery system is a pretty good alternative to raising the leveling cap.
There’s one glaring exception, and that’s the rollout of elite specs. This was very poorly executed. It’s not just about what a grind it can be to get the 400 HP you need to fully unlock them, it’s also about how there’s no story build-up to it whatsoever, and about the weird gameplay anomalies it causes to have the spec be unlocked immediately but then take forever to learn.
What would have made far, far more sense would be to have the elite spec require a normal amount of HP (perhaps just a bit more, like 80-100), but to have them unlock through a Personal Story event or some other means partway through the expansion instead of just immediately being unlocked upon logging in to the game and then taking a ton of grind to fully learn.
