I know the four stat gear (ie Minstrel, Marauder) can be found in Maguuma, but does anyone know a specific source or reliable method? If it varies by prefix, I’m looking for Marauder gear/insignias. Thanks!

You can craft your own marauder insignias and inscriptions. Just buy the recipe from the crafting vendors.

As for the accessories, I think you can get some of them from HoT story achievements.

I’ve seen some of the 4 stat armour recipes on sale in the trading post, but I don’t know if the actual gear is BoE or not. I have yet to see any of the gear on the tp if it is BoE.
