As the topic suggests … looking for the fractal weapon vendor. I have unlocked the 1st level of the fractal mastery. However, when I port up to the second room there’s only 1 vendor which is not selling the skins! I really hope this isn’t one of those “we’ll be introducing that later” type scenarios.
