How???? I already saw a DH in game using elite skill.

How can you get over 200 HP that fast? (Assuming they had map completion already)

Getting so many of the HP I found needed mastries which I wasn’t no where near getting

HPs in HoT are worth 10. So he got 20.

There are some in wvw as well.
