Guild Wars 2

So one of my guildies made an adventure box cloud staircase to the top of Gilded Hollow. It’s rather pretty up there. In fact judging by the detail I wouldn’t be surprised if it was meant to be explorable / playable. You can even see Mordy’s tower in the distance. Wonder if ANet will ever turn it into its own map, rather liked the aesthetics of the Maguuma Wastes.

This post inspired me to go up there, just under the top is a altar type structure (that or a bbq spot for a weekend get together) which is kind of interesting but in a strange place.
It will be interesting to see if anything opens up to easier access in the future.

The fun thing is, that you don’t need many decorations to get to the top of the guild hall.

The route is very long if you only get to the second floor with decorations. But it’s obvious a developer made it so it’s possible. There are some iffy bits here and there. that just do better with one decoration. But getting to the big tree on top (under it) is definitely possible without dozens of decorations from the golden dragon statue (if you know where that is).

Since I am not a jumping person, I just lay the clouds and then delete them after me, it is interesting to delete too much though since you are standing on nothing.
Also who is running around lighting torches in areas the guild has not unlocked yet? Must have a word with them, maybe slip them a drink or two to open it up for me.

Today I wanted to show you some screens of our jumping puzzle in the guildhall, built from the ground to the highest point. I didn’t expect these buildings to be there, but it was a great surprise :P

You’ve not reached the top yet… You can go way up higher, there’s is an actual roof, filled with sand up there

He already made it to the top and was much higher then you on that last photo. The tree on the roof is begging to be a JP! I built to the inside, then came out. fun, fun! Top of the tree highest point in guild hall!

Where ever you see a tree branch its probably meant to be climbed on! Yeah getting to the roof is easy and you don’t need to waste your limited placeable objects on just building stairs as there are multiple / semi-hidden ways of climbing up. Anet has alot of tree branches, stone steps, invisible walls/areas to climb up on, already in game for you.

additionally its really sad that “further exploration” ends at II. I was hoping for a wp to the second floor(above the PvP arena area where all the buildings are and my house is located or even one to the roof if it had “Further Exploartion III, IV and V”! ! !

also too bad it can’t be more like mindcraft Writing out your name in superclouds is fun, but kinda tricky since your limited by the number of objects that can be placed in a certain area.
