I’m sure many ultimate/deluxe purchasers are wondering about this, but will we be able to use our glider skin from prepurchase during HoT beta events?

Also when is the next beta weekend? One of the motivators for me to buy ultimate HoT was the beta access.

Well, in the previous HoT beta events, you could not access anything from the live game, so I’m not sure if anyone will be able to use their Glider skins. (You can not access the Wardrobe.)

Still, it is possible they might make an exception…

They have yet to announce when the upcoming BWE will be. They might be giving people a bit of time to pre-purchase.

I was able to access my wardrobe in beta. I switched over my weapons skins to what I liked and added my Shatterer wings backpiece.

However I suspect we won’t be able to use the glider skin. The client we used was still the regular client, not the expansion client, as seen by experience numbers popping up and advancing the “mastery bar.” So I’m not expecting to have access to the part of the wardrobe that has the glider skin, although I will most definitely look.

In that case, if the Glider Skin is in your Wardrobe now, you may be able to access it. If not, then………

Yah, you couldn’t access any part of your old inventory or bank or be mailed stuff, but the wardrobe and dyes were there. The very first thing I did was redye everything and then put new skins on my weapons. (It’s always best to do the important stuff right away you know). ^^

You know, now that you mention it, I am pretty sure I dyed my armor as well.

I can only plead dementia from being a few centuries past elderly. Lol.

(Did you actually use up Transmutation Charges, or was slapping on different skins ‘free’ in the Beta?)

The T charges were free. They were used up, as I recall, when I used them but were refunded when the beta was over.
